SwellMap Boat is an extension of the well-known website SwellMap.co.nz, offering up-to-date marine weather forecasts for numerous boating and fishing locations throughout New Zealand.
The forecasts provided by SwellMap are known for their high accuracy and reliability, generated using cutting-edge atmospheric and oceanographic numerical models that are updated four times daily.

 <li>7-day sea and wind forecast graphs for easy interpretation of upcoming boating conditions.</li>
 <li>SwellMap boat ratings.</li>
 <li>Detailed daily forecasts including ratings, summaries, sea height, sea direction, swell height, swell direction, swell period, chop height, tides, wind, gusts, sea temperature, sunset, and sunrise.</li>
 <li>Forecast maps covering rain/pressure, temperature, wind, wave height, wave period, and sea temperature.</li>
 <li>Save your preferred spot forecasts.</li>
 <li>Receive alerts notifying you when locations match your desired boating conditions.</li>
</ul>
For an ad-free experience, users can opt for a monthly subscription within the app. Payment is charged to the iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours before the current period ends and will indicate the renewal cost.
Users have the option to manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through their iPhone/iPad account settings post-purchase.
